All About Me.
I am a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics. I love to treat all body parts, but I do have a special love for sacroiliac joint dysfunction. I graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois in 1997 and have been practicing PT for over 20 years.
In addition to physical therapy, I became passionate about natural health around six years ago. Prior to this, I was the girl who didn’t care a bit about what I put on or in my body, and I’m so thankful that I’ve grown and learned the importance of taking care of my body and look forward to teaching you how to take care of yours. We only have one body…it needs to carry us the entire length of this race!
I am happily married with two beautiful kids. My son is 15 and just entered the hallways of high school, and my daughter is 11. Our journey with our family has always been a bit off the beaten path, as both of my kids are adopted and my daughter has autism. It’s amazing what a little perspective will do to grow you as a person.
